Good overall. I'll stay at Moxy again.

It was a truly enjoyable stay at Moxy. Although we had to wait about 10 minutes for check-in (arriving at 4:00 PM WIB), we were served welcome drinks while we waited on the sofa. The location is in the city center, about a 1 km walk to Gasibu. There are many delicious and Instagrammable restaurants nearby. I love the simple yet comfortable furniture. There's also an ironing room on each floor, making it easy to iron clothes.

Stayed December 26-28, 2025. Previously stayed at Moxy Solo. Pros: Staff: Very helpful/efficient. 24-hour fitness center: Very good. Soundproofing: Very good. Location: Excellent. Cons: No refrigerator or kettle in the room.

In all my years checking in at other hotels, this is the first time I've waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for check-in and received no compensation whatsoever. Very disappointing.

everything is good, the only downside is that the bathroom door is not equipped with a lock from the inside and check in time is too late (15:00)

Easy accessibility. The food is okay, but the variation is limited for Indonesian food.

Will stay at Moxi again if I go to Bandung

Nice hotel, competitive price, nice service, clean and nice bedroom and bathroom, nice and variety of meal in breakfast, nice lobby with play game for children.

It was great hospitality during stayed at Moxy Hotel Bandung. The event is near to the hotel so we only walked to the events, because it was very crowded. The staffs also very nice, me and my husband got surprised when they placed a giant pink bear in our room as our companion hahahha..overall it very pleasant stay here.

The hotel staff is friendly, helpful, and efficient. Check-in seems a bit late, starting at 3:00 PM WIB, and check-out is at 12:00 PM. However, if you're traveling with a lot of luggage, you can leave it at the front desk while you're out. The hotel grounds are clean, including the hallways and room areas. The only downside is the lack of a swimming pool.

The TV isn't a smart TV yet....it would be nice if there were a TV facility, there are smart TVs in all the rooms.

the gratest aspect about the hotel is location, there are a lot of great restaurants within walking distance. the not so great is breakfast space (and food variety) and also parking space. if your stay coincides with any seminar/meetings/gathering, parking will be a hassle. another not so great aspect is the bathroom floor is very slippery, so they provide bath rubber mats, but there are no warning signs, please put some sort of warning, so that no incident can happened. other aspects is quite okay, staffs are friendly, they provide water dispenser and ironing facility on each floor
