The accommodation is conveniently located near the subway. However, the rooms are quite small, there's no refrigerator, and the air conditioner is rather old. The bathroom is separate, the water pressure is good, but the towels are old. The reception staff seemed unwelcoming.

Font, the male staff looked very gloomy. There was no convenience at all. It was terrible. There was no water heater. The bathroom was extremely dirty.

Our hostel has a policy that all staff have their own duties. Font is responsible for registering customers and related tasks, but asking her to help customers carry their bags or provide other assistance is not her duty. So I don't really understand why the customer said that there was no assistance. As for the statement that there was no water heater, every room in the hostel has a water heater. The operation of the water heater is checked every day in every room. If the customer doesn't use hot water, it may be because the water heater breaker has cut off. From what I've seen in the housekeeping records, there is no mention of this from the customer. Did the customer not inform the hostel during their stay?

Staying here is comfortable and safe. Because not just anyone can enter the hotel. So open access from inside the hotel. Unless you already have a key, you can go in and out. All the rules are clearly written, so we don't have to worry if we suddenly damage or lose things. Very comfortable close to chatuchak and BTS. Many traders are also not difficult to find food.

The rooms are new and clean, the air conditioning is cool, the bathrooms are clean, and the building and lobby are beautiful. It's like a cafe with a very good atmosphere. The room is not as narrow as I thought. I didn't feel uncomfortable at all. At first, looking at the picture, I was worried that it would be cramped. Overall very good. Near 7-Eleven and BTS

ดีมากเลยค่ะ สะดวก สบายมากค่ะ ชอบตรงที่ใกล้BTS และใกล้ร้านค้ามากมาย แฟนบอกชอบมากๆเลยค่ะ ถ้าไปรอบหน้าก็จะไปที่นี้อีก ห้องก็ไม่ได้รู้สึกแคบจนเกินไปค่ะ

We got the family for 4. There were 6bunks for us. The room was super clean. The shared bathroom was also clean. They make up the room everyday. It was right in front of the sky train and bus stops to go/from don mueang airport. If you wanna go to the malls area (siam, palladium, platinum), its around 4km away. Overall, the cleanliness is awesome!

Hear me out fellas, for those who wants to explore Chatuchak market all weekend long, this is nice place to stay! Because Chatuchak market is only abot 500m and you can reach it without feeling sore on your foot. Besides that location was perfect. It was near saphan kwai bts station so you can go around Bangkok hassle free. I took a private room with a queen size bed. It was enough for me. Not spacey but not cramped either. It got everything you need for ones who spent a day lurking around Bangkok city. Downside is, it doesn't have an elevator only stairs. Do consider this if you bring a heavy luggage. Anyway I had a pleasant stay here.
