Not recommended, the apartment is not suitable, there is no Wi-Fi, I was given a studio room where people come and go right in front of the elevator, the sheets are dirty and look like they haven't been changed.

All the services and facilities are good, next time I will bring my family here again 😊

I was supposed to stay at the imperial but was moved to the podium.

The staff (the lady with Indian accent) asked straight RM150 bcs we were checking in 1 hour late and bcs of Delay from AirAsia, and already told her and she said Ok it'$ fine, although there were no previous rules that stated late check in needs to pay 150RM , we still pay anw because there were baby with us. We simply didn't want to complicate things as it's late at night. No WiFi!!! The Water Heater is broken and not working at all. No Complimentary Drinking water even just a bottle. There were big cockroaches roaming around the house. The stoves sometimes didn't even work. Need to pay 35RM extra to use Laundry room. Had the worst experience there!

The apartment is okay. Because we usually stay at the Imperial Apartment, but sometimes the management is different. The only thing lacking is the lack of Wi-Fi and water dispenser. The staff is friendly. The price is okay. The room is spacious, unlike other apartments.
