Ordered a deluxe room and was given a standard room. No problem, okay.

It's worth the price, but the hot water didn't work from check-in to check-out, even though it was a Friday with few guests. Was it intentionally left unattended? Breakfast, one course of fried rice, was pretty good.

There were cockroaches in the room, 2 big ones. Luckily I'm not the type with a phobia of cockroaches. The room was okay, the service was good, the towels were too shabby.

The room was a bit stuffy plus there was no fan. If you needed hot water you had to go out of the room quite far (in the hallway). The intention was to stay overnight, after arriving for only about 1 hour I immediately checked out.

It would be better if there was a fan, because it would reduce the stuffiness of the room. The breakfast was really bad, the first time I stayed there, the breakfast was fried rice with uncooked rice.

Quite satisfied. Hopefully there will be lots of fortune and a return vacation to Batu.
