According to the review, the owner is friendly and nice. As for the room, it is not like a star hotel, but more like staying at a relative's house. The cleanliness of the room is OK, there are no unpleasant odors. Toiletries and towels are also provided.

Very nice. Cold AC, spacious bathroom. Spacious room. The distance from the room to the beach is just go down and walk 1 minute to the beach. A nice beach to hang out while drinking coffee on the beach at night. Food and drinks at the beachside stalls are expensive, my boss, it is better to bring your own food and drinks or shop at Alfa/Indomrt before arriving here because at night it is very quiet and dark on the streets and it is quite difficult to find food outside this inn.

Overall it is satisfactory, but it would be better to provide a water heater for coffee.

Very close to the beach, just go down and walk a little bit and you'll be right at the beach🌊 The air-conditioned room is cool, there is a TV, no water heater but it doesn't seem to be necessary because the weather is hot there. Parking is safe and spacious because the parking lot is the same as the beach parking lot. Ordered food, the taste is delicious✨ It's really worth it because this accommodation is the cheapest there. Comfortable even though the floor of the room and bathroom are a little less clean👌🏻

Thank you to the beautiful mother who has dimples. The mother is very friendly and the location is very strategic. The cleanliness is also really good, so it's really comfortable to bring your family and baby. At the very least, there's a kettle for brewing hot water/baby milk. Overall, his mother gave him the solution of offering thermos water so that everything was made easier. God willing, we will return there again. Amen ❤⭐ 10 stars ✅.

Alhamdulillah, it is very comfortable and feels like home because the owner is friendly and the facilities are as clean as the name of the inn. We are provided with soap and toothbrushes as well as clean and fragrant towels. The room also smells good, the mattress and blanket smell good. If you open the window you can see Sundak beach, if you want to go to Ngandong beach, just walk, it's next to Sundak. The taste of the food provided does not disappoint, especially the seafood fried rice, squid and shrimp. Thank you very much, Miss Ani, for letting me check in early, I hope I can come here again next time.

Cheap prices, clean place, friendly service, delicious food. Just add additional input, for example by adding an electric kettle to make the hot water even better.

When I arrived here it was already night because my husband suddenly had work. The impression was good and very comfortable, clean, and not disappointing.

The mother and father are friendly, order cooked and delivered -+30 minutes, the fried rice is delicious ☺☺. But unfortunately the water heater is dead. 😅 The AC is cold 😄 the room is great, clean and fragrant. Check-in time is at 14.00, at 13.00 we arrived at the location and were greeted by the mother. We were immediately escorted to the room.

The owner is nice, friendly. When you arrive early, as long as it's empty, you're welcome to check in. When I checked out at 12 o'clock, there was no rush/confirmation, thank God I was able to pray Dhuhur in peace 😇. Eat delicious n cheaper. Rooms are clean and spacious. The bed is like a king size 😍. Chatting on the terrace really enjoyed the atmosphere until dawn. Go straight down to the beach. Blessings & smooth sailing always for the owner. One day I will definitely repeat it to come back again 😍

Recommended, suasana adem, depan banyak pohon-pohonan n u/area camp, dekat pantai juga tinggal jalan kaki. Pengin staycation di sini lagi pokoknya.

Bagus bersih, layak, tidak kecewa di sini, cuma mau kasih saran kalau bisa disediakan teko buat masak air panas.

Mantap seneng banget nginep di sini, kamar nyaman, ibu nya ramah, tempat nya bersih, ac adem, toilet bersih, pemandangan dan view nya ok banget, turun dikit langsung pantai. Pokok nya bikin betah banget. Recomen banget buat yang mau nginep sekitaran pantai gunung Kidul apalagi yang sedang bulan madu.

Langsung bawahnya pantai sunset, excellent, kamar AC dingin, TV nasional, air bersih, nasi goreng seafood nya enak, parkir mobil aman, anak-anak senang main di pantai

Atap kamar harus dirawat lagi, ada yang bocor pas hujan. Terus suara tikus mengganggu sekali kalau malam jadi berisik tidak bisa tidur.

Pelayanannya bagus, ibunya ramah, AC berfungsi, cuma saran kalo bisa depan kamar kasih tempat sampah soalnya cuma ada satu dan itu di dalam kamar mandi, selebihnya oke kok.
