Comfortable and best when you bring a family to this hotel.

Super rundown place, will not consider this place.

No lift available as my wife, 2 kids and me brought many bags to the hotel. While, our room was located at the level 4. Then, the hotel's door not enough safety due to not using a card to access to the room. Moreover, my queen room's toilet too congested, we not comfortable to use the toilet and take our batch. The water hoses in the toilet found leaking long time before. The room also have a smell of smoking due to suspected this room not control as non-smoking room. Besides, the curtain, bed sheet, pillow sheet looks like not being wash for a certain period and the floor also found sticky. Last but not least, the hotel staff at the counter was not hospitality. He has no respect to the customer. He was not a sporting guys that not helpful to the customer. I am feeling so disappointed with what I have experienced last night during my stay at this hotel.

Suitable with low budget. But not recommended to family especially for vacation.
