I had a very satisfying stay at this hotel in Da Nang. The location is convenient, close to the beach, so it only takes a few minutes' walk to watch the sunrise and go swimming. The rooms are clean, cleaned daily, and fully equipped. The staff are very friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out.

The air conditioner is broken and they won't fix it. The receptionist doesn't know anything about it.
