The transportation is convenient, close to the mall, but the cleanliness is not very good.

It started with a disappointment. The reception lobby looked like a grocery shop. We were not sure whether it was the real entrance. There was no information that there were old and new wings. I booked 2 rooms, I was given 1 at the old wing and 1 at the new wing. I was given a room at level 3, and there was no mention that there was no staircase there. So I had to haul my luggage up 3 flights of stairs, with my bad knee. I wonder what happens to those who brought their old parents to stay there. Upon entering, the room at the old wing had a musty smell. The furniture and the bathroom are definitely outdated. There was only one pillow per bed. There were lots of strange noises in the night. The other room at the new wing was better, though. All in all, if you need a spacious room, this hotel is for you. But better ask for the room at the new wing.

Sorry before but the AC is not okay, it doesn't work, the room is spacious but hot and the water is a bit cloudy, brown in color, but the room is clean, I'm just disappointed because the AC is only

The hotel is ok.. the room is ok, big and comfortable.. the room is clean, the toilet is also clean.. there is a swimming pool and the hotel is also close to the mall and other shops.. it's nice ...🙂

Pleasant comfortable stay, shower need to be upgraded as water pressure not consistent. Noise level higher compared to other hotels. Friendly and efficient front desk. One of the 2 hotels in Alor Star that I will stay with anytime.

Value for money. Very spacious with all the necessities that I needed for a good stay.

1.) service okay (but need to improve from time to time, staff should be more friendly (6/10). 2.) facility not really helping (5/10).especially no phone at room to make a call. no coffee & tea, no shower cap, no hanger and what's make me really disappointed is, no plug near to the mirror for plug in hair dryer even the mirror so big like a door. the plug is very far from the mirror, even in toilet also no plug at all 😫 3.) cleanliness is okay (7/10).. I am staying at room 516 (17/aug/19)

Friendly receptionist and good accomodation.

Nice room. Spacious. Friendly receptionist/ housekeeping. Lift a little bit smelly. Got swimming pool, futsal, badminton court.

Good location, nice view, good facilities and there is a lot of car park at the back near to elevator.. Only the towel is smelly

The atmosphere of the hotel is noisy because the location of the hotel is used for sports arenas such as batminton, futsal, swimming activities until late at night even at 2:00 in the morning, automatically very disturbing rest of hotel guests. Bathroom towels smell very musty 2 nights staying in this hotel is very uncomfortable. Just once staying at this hotel.

The location is very strategic. The room is clean & comfortable. Spacious, ideal for family. The toilet is clean unless the towel is scented.
