Everything OK for chip price and the small place

The staff is kind and friendly, check in straight away without delay. Only the water is a little slow, but the overalls are comfortable.

Staf baik and mesra, terus masuk check in takde delay-delay. Cuma air slow sikit, tapi overall selesa.

Awful experience. No water. Very dirty room. Rock-hard bed. Very small toilet. No TV. No water heater. Itchy bed cover. Only 1 towel. Very unpleasant smell during entrance. 

Tq ..sebelum guest masuk check in kite dah maklum nk cancel booking sbb bilik yg ditempah ada kerosakan yg tak dapat dielakan.Tetapi ada bilik simpanan/storage room sahaja dan Guest bersetuju untuk menginap di bilik tersebut dengan dibenar melihat keadaan seperti yg guest nyatakan.minta maaf dr pihak kami atas kekurangan yg telah dimaklumkan terlebih dahulu kpd guest sebelum menginap di storage room tersebut

Tq ..before the guest checked in, I knew that I had to cancel the booking because the room booked had unavoidable damage. But there was only a storage room and the Guest agreed to stay in the room with permission to see the situation as stated by the guest. We apologize for the shortcomings that have been informed in advance to the guest before staying in the storage room

The room is so dirty with cockroach, bathroom so small, blanket, towel are also dirty..

The hotel is in a good location but the toilet condition is unsatisfactory and there is no room cleaning service, no WiFi as advertised and astro siran is interrupted. Please fix it in the future.

Hotel berada di lokasi yang baik tetapi tetapi Keadaan tandas kurang memuaskan dan tiada perkhidmatan pembersihan bilik,tiada WiFi seperti yang diiklankan dan siran astro tergendala. Harap diperbaiki di masa akan datang.

The rug on the floor is dusty. The toilet is dirty. Sleep under the bed.

Karpet di lantai berhabuk. Tandas kotor. Lipas di bawah katil.


Water dispenser, discharge pipe, poor bed, less suitable for price.

Air kecik, paip tertanggal, katil yang kurang baik, kurang sesuai dengan harga.

Comfortable accommodation for family room.

Penginapan yang selesa untuk family room.

No receptionist or guard at front to make sure I'm safe. No bar soap. Only provide shampoo. Not enough.
