Booked for 2 people, but the Traveloka app defaulted to 1 person (did not change when clicking the booking). On check-in day, we received 2 breakfast coupons. However, on the day we came down to have breakfast, the hotel list specified 1 person according to the booking information. So we called Font to ask for information if the room price booked, 27xx, for 1 person and 2 people, is different or not ??? We were informed that the rates are different. The customer booked for 1 person, therefore, they must pay an additional 400 baht for the buffet breakfast for 1 person ^><* Additional question: Is the price different for sure? The problem is, on the check-in day, the staff saw how many customers were staying but did not inform us that the booking was made incorrectly. However, they did not complain and gave us 2 coupons as usual. Deducting points for the staff who looked like a punk on the morning of August 4th for not checking the number of guests properly beforehand. They kept making us pay for an additional head of food, even though whether there was 1 or 2, the room price booked was the same.
