Booking specified number of people 3 people per room, but only 2 people per room, blankets that are small to cover 2 people, can not use appliances such as blankets, towels and pillows, arrange for only 2 people if requesting additional, they collect more money Speaking is not welcome to customers at all. And when the night came, there were cockroaches running in the room and bathroom too. Should be able to improve the room and the appliances sufficiently with the number of people who have reserved customers as well
