Thai is my second time staying here with my family. First time’s experience was good. Everything was provided. That was what made me come back a second time. But… This time, the towels were too thin, no bathrobe was provided (we had to request) and the Matt sticker that was put up is still not thick enough. There wasn’t any hooks or shelves to hang out towel/change of clothes in the bathroom. ❌ People from the room could still see who was inside the bathroom and what they were doing. 😢 we had to switch off the lights and ask my family members to sit outside while one of us showered and changed. These were the main downfalls. Then one of the plugs was not working. The room is very cramped for a family of 4, I’d say. Good things: the staffs were very friendly and helpful. They tried their best to make us feel comfortable for our stay. And attend to some of our requests

overall the room was good but the cleanliness should be improved. has water filter machine to refill drinking water at the lobby and the strategic location is near to many cafes & attractions.

Parking is a little bit tricky, if you're lucky you can get a spot in front of the hotel. You can park in front of the hotel for RM12, pay at the counter. The room is comfortable, with 2 queen beds, near to a convenience store and many restaurants nearby.

Nice hotel. Heritage style. The receptionist girl named Izzah is very helpful. Overall good stay at this hotel. They give parking card which cost you Rm 12/per day in front of the hotel. The minus is only no fridge inside the room. Will come back next time.

Love so much! The family room is right near the ground level, a little special from the double room. After that, facing the car is so easy to monitor the car. For example, we stay near the room facing the pool. But it's a car. It's really nice to go in and out. After that, the room is comfortable even though it is not very big. Decoration was simple and didn’t seem crowded. Ok really!

the room looked exactly like the pictures.even the room is quite small for me yet it was comfy. you are lucky enough if you got the parking space near to the hotel otherwise you need to park your car a bit far/ pay for RM 30.00 per night at paid parking lot in front of the hotel.

Very strategic location, many places to eat around the hotel. And hot / cold drinking water refill facilities are available. Near everywhere, both to Komtar and to other areas. Friendly receptionist.

this hotel is perfect for traveler and couple. Located near some bar and famous restaurant. Easy to find and walking distance to Penang Road famous Chendol (10 minutes walk) and the famous Kimberly Road. The room was a little bit small, but it fits perfectly for couple, the room and bathroom was clean. The water heater works perfectly. They provide toothbrush, 2-in-1 (shampoo-body) liquid, coffee and tea in the room. Receptionist was very helpful. At night, the noise from outside is a bit loud (from a nearby live music/ bar) and for some light sleepers will be slightly disturbed (the hotel provide some earplug). Overall I was very satisfied with my stay there

The hotel is very pleasant, check-in process is fast. Although the bathroom and bed are not too spacious but it is very clean. The room is always tidied and towels are changed every day. Very close to the popular line clear nasi kandar and a few minutes walk to the chow ranta market. Don't forget there are 10 friendly tourist taxis / day and rama 2 / day for the treatment of heritage buildings.

Very very good location! Walking distance to the heritage, famous restaurant, convenience store. Room was good and quite spacious! The bad thing only the wifi signal. It might caused our room was outside (different router with the lobby and the others room). But after all, everything was perfect!

The toilet is what you see on the pictures. Don't expect much but just a place to stay and near food places. Also, best to call before you arrive especially if you booked the hotel during peak season.

The hotel is good, close to where to eat there is a very crowded candar rice there, the hotel is clean, the service is ok, will definitely be back here again.

It's fun living here. for the room 4 people are located in front of the road, so do not go up the stairs .. out the next room directly there is a 24 hour minimarket. there is a tax of RM 2 + RM 10 per night per room. and we don't need a deposit. the room facilities are quite complete, there is only coffee, tea, heating but no sugar. the location is also quite close to the Jetty, and the crowrasta market
