Check-in was fast, and we got the room we requested. The chicken rice was delicious. The breakfast menu was delicious.

This really feels like an old hotel, honestly the location is very strategic close to the city center but maybe it should start doing renovations for example the shower in the bathroom is really visible for a long time, there are many clogged because of dirt plus the water is small and not strong, it is very obvious it is time to replace it with a new one and the exhaust is also very noisy sometimes the sound is quite loud from the exhaust, the bedroom when you first enter immediately smells musty as if it has been empty for a long time, the sheets and towels also look dirty, it is time to be renewed even the edges of the towels are torn, the parking access is very narrow and it is difficult to maneuver to the basement. For the first time in my life I want to bf have to wait list 🤦🏻 maybe the inadequate capacity of the bf room system should be able to be improved, hopefully in the future it can be improved thank you.

Strategic location, easy access to city center

Small room, cramped bathroom, and air conditioning that wasn't cold enough. That's all, everything else was okay.

The room is small, the bathroom is cramped, and the AC isn't cold. Please improve this in the future.

i ordered deluxe premiere which is not that cheap with no smoking room but just when i arrived it smells like someone used my room for smoking. the bathroom is okay but need to be improve.

Over all is nice stay in Aston Pandanaran. But customer need to wait 1-2 hour for check in, even if they come in 2 PM in the afternoon.

It is definitely worth trying and discovering new experiences.

The hotel's strategic location is in the city center and close to shopping centers selling Semarang souvenirs. The views from both the rooms and the pool area are stunning. However, the check-out process was a bit slow, resulting in a long wait in the lobby for over 30 minutes.

The hotel staff was very helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, unfortunately for check-in we had to wait a long time, the room was ready at 4 pm.
