Friendly staff, clean rooms, close to the beach.

Location is so convenient in the heart of Nha Trang. Need to improve the AC and fridge systems to be more perfect.

The location is great, right by the beach. It's in an alley, but you can see it easily. The amenities are complete; the room has a fan and air conditioning, but it's a bit smaller than described, less than 35m². There's no balcony/terrace as described, only a glass door overlooking the sea. Also, the soundproofing is a bit poor; even late at night on the upper floor, you can hear footsteps going back and forth. The TV isn't Google TV and doesn't have YouTube. The price is relatively good and reasonable, and the staff are enthusiastic and helpful. The buffet dining area is a bit small and cramped, and the bedsheets have holes in them. Overall, I'm satisfied.

Everything was great. I was quite worried after reading the previous reviews, but everything was fine. The room was spacious with a beautiful sea view. It was perfect for watching the Nha Trang fireworks display – absolutely spectacular. The meals weren't very varied, but they were okay. The soundproofing wasn't great, but that's fine. The experience left me with many positive points. A sincere review!!!

The rooms are spacious and clean, and the hotel is located in the city center. The breakfast selection is not very diverse. The restaurant and swimming pool are rather small.

My family stayed here for 1 night. The location is quite convenient, especially for going to the beach and eating, but there is only a parking space. However, the staff is really irresponsible. The staff does not care about what the customers are saying or what they want. I don't know if the staff hates my group or other people. First, they called the air conditioner 3 times and they didn't care, even though they were old people. Second, the old people downstairs asked for help with their belongings and they didn't care. It's really bad.

My family had a great summer vacation in Nha Trang. This is the second time I stayed at Aaron Hotel. The room was clean, centrally located, the staff was polite and enthusiastic, and included a delicious breakfast. I will continue to book a room here for my next trip to Nha Trang.

The hotel here is great, 10 points, I went with my sister and the kids, the staff is enthusiastic, cheerful, the cleaning lady I asked to wipe the wet floor, said she was doing it for someone else, not my teacher, she seemed unhappy, the rest is ok, the food and breakfast buffet is delicious, to my taste. Chi Minh stayed here for 4 summers because the hotel is beautiful and very close to the beach, just 2 minutes walk to the beach, very close. Overall great, will come back

The staff was cheerful and enthusiastic. I searched for my glasses for a whole day but still couldn't find them. When I checked out and returned, they still couldn't find them. When I was on the train back, the hotel called to say they had been found. I went with my sister. She had been here for 4 summers so she recommended us to go together. My sister and I both went with our 2 children. We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. We ate snails at Co Phe restaurant on Tran Phu street, Vinh Nguyen ward. It was so delicious. The children loved walking along the beach at night so we booked another day. I booked another day, only booked a room for 2, but the owner's son supported me to stay in the old room, no need to move. My sister and I were very happy because we booked late on Traveloca and were supposed to stay in the spare room. Great experience here! 10 points, no but

I arrived here at almost 2am, thought the hotel was right on the street but couldn't find it, the hotel is in an alley with no parking space so parking at Vicom costs 130/night, the receptionist's attitude is not good, didn't help with the suitcase. The room is ok, clean but my room's bathroom door is broken. Anyone who goes by car shouldn't stay at this hotel because parking is elsewhere so it's far to walk to the hotel.

Near the beach, convenient to travel. The disadvantage is that there is no parking lot, finding a place to park during peak season is very difficult.

Clean room - just steps away from the beach and the price is reasonable. Breakfast is not diverse but overall the breakfast is okay. The good thing is that there are good deals and just steps away from the beach, convenient.
