Friendly. Comfortable. Unfortunately, going out on rainy day

I rent the lake view room. The view was great and soothing indeed, recommended for staycation holiday. However, I'd suggest to contact the hotel directly before booking/arrival because in my experience, there was a miscommunication somehow my booking was not confirmed by the hotel. But fortunately I was still able to stay there. Nice!

Good service, in the central location, good staff.

Located on the lake. Convenient for those who travel by bus because it is near the parking lot. The hotel is old but fully equipped. There is a lot of tourists. Staff not fully service. Or maybe only English speaking staff.

Small hotel room. Old furniture, slightly odor. Food is also normal. featureless. Pull back the service of a good receptionist. Enthusiastic

Yes, the receptionist and hotel owner are enthusiastic and polite. The room does not have nice view because it does not view the lake, generally very ok!
