Very warm hospitality. All staff is attentive. They gave us the ride of their own car to the city center when the taxi or Grab was not available. Will use again this hotel when I come back again in Da Lat.

Room view is very nice and comfortable. Room was very clean and fragrant. Breakfast was great, drinks were delicious. Especially, the hotel owner and the receptionist are very enthusiastic, friendly, hospitable, give 1 cup of ginger tea when I arrive still car sick 🥰❤️

The staff was kind and always help me when I got a trouble. she tried to contact my tourist guide, which came to us late. She also help us carry a lugguage, bag into a car while we getting back to Thai.

Rooms are clean, view mountain, valley. Staff were friendly and enthusiastic. Free breakfast and water. You can check in beforehand, if the hotel is available.

The bedroom is very nice, clean and comfortable. Large glass window with view overlooking Da Lat and wild kneeling flowers. The staff are very enthusiastic and friendly, advising their spouses where to buy gifts. Delicious breakfast by blooming flower garden. The hotel is more than 1km from the center, but to me is not a problem, because anyway, rent a motorbike to go to places to visit. Will return to Da Lat and choose Hoa Ngoc Lan. Thank you! The room is only about 12m2, the total toilet is about 25m2, not as advertised, but clean and cozy

Spacious rooms, like photos, are suitable for those who like quiet space, good food, cute service, will definitely come back if you come to Da Lat.
