Employees do not know how to behave. Do not cooperate with customers. Thinking customers don't know English, swear and insult vulgarities, too rude.

Not a luxury and big hotel, but the room definitely comfortable and really nice for a solo traveler (like me).

I paid for city veiw room but my room can not see anything just saw the budding blocking my window and I can’t lock 🔒 my windows because the lock was broken. Once staff said the style of the windows but I stay another hotel before they can lock that fine. I just stay for one night there but some staff good.
