Upon check-in, the staff were completely unfriendly. Their ID cards and driver's licenses were confiscated. The dental kit was only given to the room, and even then, it was open, without toothpaste. The floor was still dirty, with hair all over the place. The towels were thin. The WiFi password wasn't provided. The bathroom was dirty. There was no hot water, which wasn't a problem. This is more like a premium boarding house. The hotel's sibilance wasn't quite right. But for that price, one night was enough.

The lobby is nice, cozy, and comfortable. The bathroom is lacking in cleanliness; the shower looks like it's never been scrubbed, and it smells. Hopefully, the cleanliness will improve. Otherwise, it's very good and recommended.

The hotel staff was friendly, check-in was around 11:00 PM. The room was clean, the air conditioning was cool, and towels, small bottles of mineral water, and biscuits were provided. The hospitality was exceptional, and the rates were affordable. The area is close to iconic city attractions. Eateries are easy to find in front of the hotel (on the main road). Parking is available, with four-wheeled vehicles parked on the roadside in front of the hotel. Please maintain the excellent service and facilities.
