Room does not match the picture, price does not match the application

The room didn't match the picture in the app... The bathroom smelled of urine. The sink was cracked, and the mattress was too soft because it was a spring bed... the springs were really soft and sagging. The AC was very cold, but the bathroom didn't have hot water. There was Wi-Fi, but it wasn't very fast.
