It was comfortable to stay at this hotel, it was clean, the rooms were spacious, the breakfast was okay and there were several variations of food, basically I liked this hotel.

The hotel has a nice, aesthetic interior, lots of greenery, and is beautiful, perfect for photo spots. The room is relatively small, but it's comfortable and clean. The amenities are complete; I like that the sink is outside the bathroom and that hand towels are provided. The beds are designed like tatami mats, which is unique. I booked a room with twin beds, which can be combined to make the bed bigger because I have children. Even though the beds are combined without a topper, I think it's still safe and comfortable. The restaurant is a great aesthetic cafe concept, so outside visitors can eat there during the day. The breakfast menu isn't very varied, but it's enough in my opinion, and the taste is delicious. The hotel is absolutely stunning. From the moment you enter, you're captivated by the eye-catching architecture, and greeted by friendly service. The rooms are clean and have a unique concept. You can stream Netflix and have a hairdryer provided. The hotel has a modern feel, but there are still plenty of plants everywhere. The food is also delicious, and there's no shortage of disappointments. If you're looking for an Instagrammable and comfortable hotel in Bandung, Kollectiv Hotel is a highly recommended choice.

I had a good stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient and made it easy to get around. There are a few things that could be improved, but overall I enjoyed my stay and would come back again.

The hotel is very Instagrammable, nice, and the bedrooms are comfortable, and although small, they don't feel cramped. There's also a cafe downstairs with delicious food, so if you're feeling lazy, you can eat there. The only downside is that it's quite far from the city center, so you have to plan ahead if you want to go anywhere.

TLDR: Overall experience was good. During my stay, I had a couple of issues. On the first day, I noticed the bed was not cleaned properly because there was hair on the new sheets. I asked room service to replace them, and they apologized and fixed it, but it was not a great start. On my second to last night, there was a wedding at the hotel and my room was not soundproof, so the noise was quite loud. I was not informed beforehand that there would be an event, and if I had known, I could have made other arrangements. It made it difficult to rest that night. The staff were polite and helpful overall, but these issues did affect my stay.

The hotel staff was very friendly, and valet parking made parking very easy. Breakfast was at least delicious. The only downside was that the room wasn't soundproof, as I had a room next to the main road. The air conditioning also felt a bit lacking. The room was clean, and the bathroom was also clean, with complete toiletries.
