The hot water wouldn't work, the room was dirty, there were mosquitoes, the toilet leaked, and it was filthy. I thought I'd get a better room with the extra cost. It turned out I'd stayed there twice, booking online and arriving on the spot, and both got the same room. Honestly, I was disappointed.

The spring bed was good, the hotel area was clean, the room had a good TV and good Wi-Fi. The AC didn't have a remote, and the ceiling leaked, causing water to fall onto the floor.

The hotel staff, both male and female, at the reception are friendly and smiling, able to assist with both offline and online check-in. The cleaning service staff are also smiling and provide whatever guests request, from towels, soap, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and drinking water, with polite smiles. What needs to be improved is the security so that they work without showing deceitful and temperamental faces but work with heart and a friendly smile to all hotel guests.

Stayed at the hotel and because it is close to Monas (2 km), Bundaran HI and Sarinah (5 km), GBK (10 km), and located in the center of Central Jakarta. The receptionists are friendly, smiling, both male and female, all information asked is answered and willing to help. The cleaning service is also friendly and polite in their work, I as a guest asked for towels, soap, drinking water, and tissues were given. However, some security services have a temperamental face and are cunning and like to talk.

The room is big and clean, it's just a shame the TV isn't a smart TV yet. Other hotels with the same price already have smart TVs.

Now, parking costs 5,000. The room is nice and tidy, with lots of drawers, and the wardrobe has a hole in the top, making it a bit scary.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the room is clean even though it is old. When I stayed here, they were doing some renovations to the rooms. The location is very strategic and in the heart of the city. It is also very easy and fast to find online transportation. The air conditioner is old and not very cold. The water tastes salty but it's okay. There is no water heater but the water will warm up after a while. Suggestion: move the old and worn furniture so the room doesn't feel scary. Overall, this is a comfortable hotel and worth it 👍👍👍👍

Wow, it's really bad. The sink faucet is tied with a rubber band, it keeps leaking. The bathroom is really dirty, the water is small, and it smells fishy. The AC is really hot and noisy. The tables and cupboards are so dirty that the doors are even coming off. There are lots of dirt on the ceiling. I won't do that again, even though it's close to the National Monument.
