The room is comfortable..the hot water kettle looks like it hasn't been cleaned..there's still water in it..but overall it's comfortable..

I booked a deluxe room, but apparently there were renovations and I was upgraded to a larger room (1 twin bed, 1 queen bed). The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. It had a shower and bathtub, plus hot water. It was a great value for the price of 300,000+. My favorite part was the hallway leading to the hotel room. The concept is very unique, especially at night with the garden lights. There's a swimming pool too. Overall, 9/10. Very good, I love it!

Nice stay. The hotel is quite good and the room is spacious. The food is also nice.

Positives: - The room is spacious & antique-looking. If you're bored with "sterile" minimalist-style decor, then this is a refreshing change. - The breakfast is quite decent, just your standard well-to-do Indonesian-style hotel breakfast. The coffee is really good too. Negatives: - The room is a bit dusty & not so soundproof. - The wifi connection is lagging. - Some of the towels provided are not absorbent. - There's no dehumidifier in the bathroom, so any wet towel will not dry overnight there.

Breakfast is included in the Hotel charge. Breakfast was very good with several items, choice. Hotel staff are friendly. Hotel cleanliness was very good.

Nice to stay here, close to Campuhan Ridge Walk, far from busy street.

Clean and beautiful, the environment is calm, quiet, and not far from central Ubud.

Friendly staff, delicious breakfast with lots of choices, spacious and clean rooms, there is a back garden in each room, there is an outdoor shower in the garden, the swimming pool is awesome

Overall the hotel is good, the breakfast is delicious and varied, the only downside is the room was a bit damp especially since it was raining and the bathroom was not very clean, maybe because the building is old and there was a lack of maintenance.

Even though it's an old hotel, the facilities are good, all the staff are very friendly... the atmosphere is cool and calm, the parking lot is quite spacious, the swimming pool is clean,

Was a bad experience here. When I checked in, I asked for breakfast to be taken away. The front office staff confirmed and noted my request, but on the day when I checked out at the front office, the male staff who came in at night woke up in shock and said that my breakfast was not there and it seemed like the previous staff had forgotten, very unprofessional.

outdated facilities and has damp smell in the room, the decorative pillows was smelly. but other than that quite clean. the breakfast was ok. Heard something running above the ceiling at night, might be a mouse or a cat idk.

Staff was helpful during check in, the room was spacious, clean, had a bathtub, and the breakfast menu was extensive and delicious.

It's my second stay. I like the triple room as it offers convenience for family. The staff are lovely and breakfast options are vary. If I plan to spend holiday in Ubud, I will be back to this. Worth the price 👍🏻
