No hot water for shower and air conditioner is noisy.

Unlike the photo, the room is old, has a bad smell, old towels, and the room is not cleaned every day. It feels like staying at a motel, not the word "hotel". I live in District 11 and was planning on taking a weekend off, but I thought I'd give up 🙂

The room was clean, when I checked in, I was even upgraded to a balcony room for free. The receptionist was cute and enthusiastic.

The set up room is very good. But only 1 is not good soundproofing.

Small room, unpleasant staff not cute. Only 14:00 for check-in, please check in before 15 minutes, the staff does not allow.

The staff was not friendly and welcoming.

The check in process took super long although we have requested to check in early but the receptionist asked us to wait for 3 hours at the sofa without any help to fasten the process. There was no compliment water bottles and they made very funny excuses which were not acceptable. When my family entered the room after 3 hours waiting at the sofa, the room was not cleaned properly. I could see hair on the floor and the restroom was not cleaned.

A great place, new, beautiful and clean rooms, friendly staff, ..... and the lovely emperor squirrel.

If you want to throw your money to buy very bad services , please go ahead!

I had a pleasant stay here, the room is very nice and clean. Friendly and enthusiastic worker. The next time I visit Saigon I will still choose Laregatta Boutique Residences as my stop <3

The room is very beautiful, fully equipped and just like the image of the advertisement, I am very satisfied with the quality and service attitude of the staff. The next time you will return to Saigon, you will continue to choose this hotel!

Clean room, friendly staff, nice decor

I stayed for a week, I was very hard to find but the hotel is beautiful, very clean, good service, cheerful staff, enthusiastic from the guard, receptionist to the room staff. I sympathize with the receptionist humble room, he has charm, easy to close rustic style. The hotel is near the famous Italian noodle shop, nice shop, near The Coffee House, laundry ... are generally perfect. Only one small note to the hotel is that if guests request laundry, instead of bringing laundry to expensive 60k / set of clothes should bring 295 Vo Van Tan, shop name Cao Hong, only 20k / kg.
