The staff is very friendly, the service is very fast response, the rooms are clean, the place is comfortable, nice.

- staff smoking in front of the rooms causing very bad smell inside the room.- as they were sleeping or laying down most of the time it didn't make for a welcoming hang out area.- for some reason the owner decided to put his rooster collection exactly in front of the place, so be ready for wake up calls in the middle of the night not only from the mosques, but ayam that are much louder - how can you do it to your own guests? 😅.+ spacious parking in front. Overall, very dissapointing knowing that there is a Westerner behind this place as I expected this guarantees an above average standard

The room is okay, clean, the bathroom is inside but there is no soap. It's a bit noisy at night but its okay.

The atmosphere is really homey, for the price it's worth it for traveling and exploring Jogja. The guards are friendly. I just don't like the design of the bathroom because it's open. But totally all is very good.

The caretaker is very friendly, artistic Balinese style homestay, clean rooms and cold AC, clean bathroom + shower and water heater, there is a multi-purpose kitchen (available with magic com, stove, refrigerator, hot/cold water dispenser, cooking and eating utensils) and living room eat in the main lobby. BTW, if you stay here, I guarantee you won't regret it, it's really worth it.

Homestay that feels like home. Really smell of cigarettes. Bath soap and others are not provided. Only suitable for transit.

Wc is very makeshift, insulated with aluminum. So that it seeps into the floor of the room. Broken TV can't turn on.

Yang jaga ramah banget, top pokoknya. Suasananya kaya rumah di kampung 😁. Cocok untuk nginap bareng bareng keluarga karena ada kamar yang bisa untuk 3 - 4 orang dengan pilihan kamarnya ada yang di siapkan 2 kamar mandi.
