I've stayed here twice and I'm addicted to the room's ambiance.

There is no refrigerator in the room, the food is very incomplete even though it is not a cheap hotel.

Friendly staff, from the front desk to the security guards to the restaurant. The hotel is well located, clean, and strategically located.

Please add more breakfast menu

I was informed at the beginning that the kitchen would close at 9 PM, but I called the kitchen at 8 PM and they said they were already closed. Their food choices were limited, but the room service was totally zero. It would have been better to close at 6 PM so the kitchen staff could have a better job.

The price is very affordable, it's nice, clean, fragrant, and friendly. Close to Batu town square and other attractions, it's strategically located. Perfect for families and children.

A comfortable hotel with a beautiful mountain view. The main thing for me is that it has a balcony for smoking, which is a plus. Breakfast is just a bit lacking in variety.

I booked for my friend and he said everything is awesome here. Recommended for staycation with a good deal rate.

Fried rice and hard white rice are inedible. Last night I woke up to a loud noise on the road, there was a SPD with a loud exhaust, it looked like it was racing. Overall okay
