Clean and comfortable, the view from the room was very good, nice!

Very smooth check in. Just need to give some deposit, before the operator hand outs the keys & access card for basement parking. The unit I have got is on 27th floor, mountain views. It's quite spacious, luxury, modern and well air-conditioned. Easily, highly recommended for a couple or small families to stay here. I enjoy my staycation here, will definitely come again in near future. Kudos!

Best of the best I have been staying for staycation!!

First of all, booking 3 junior suite rooms. Ok la design lawa. Living room is available. The only issue is the parking fee at the price of the west bank, beating the airport parking. Take 3 rooms. Expect that person to be 6 adults and bdk2. At least 2 or 3 cars. But the parking pass for free park is only 1 car. If you want more than 1 car, be careful. Pool is the same 1 access card only 4 people at a time. Strict very pool rules too. Bdk2 nak mandi pun pantau kjp2 dtng. Saba suite ni tumang dengan the faces. Jd front desk dia xde. Take 3 days 2 nite, but sekai dust x dtng clean room. Then last2 tu grab the money of the customer whose deposit is supposedly garbage x throw away. The problem is mne room. Service ?? Towel x exchange. Amboi. Burn deposit. Very un professional skinny arab man who gave the key. Nmpk really wants to take customer deposits. Nk byr denda la. Apa la. So in conclusion, prepare the money byr parking that the price is too high if it comes to more than 1 car. And don't hesitate to take a klcc view. So there are other buildings that make up that area. So klcc is protected. Thank you ....

The hotel is very beautiful indeed satisfied sitting there very clean the price of a pound can be reached satisfied and not disappointing.

The hotel facilities are okay, it's just too bad when I come there when there is a new building building so when you swim you can't see petronas twins.

Great place, strategic location with the view of the city of Kuala Lumpur facing directly to KL tower, clean room according to the picture, customer service is also friendly. Unfortunately the swimming pool overlooking the Petronas tower is a little disturbed by the construction of the building.

I stayed here last week and it was great to get a clean room and a strategic location with a business center in Kuala Lumpur, but unfortunately the Petronas tower is closed to the building being built right next to the Platinum building.
