The staff were friendly, okay. But the room smelled and really all the sheets, pillows, and bed covers smelled musty, like they hadn't been washed. I was also disappointed that I booked a room with a city view window, but on the day of the event, I was given a regular room without a window. When I asked (this also had to be asked, they didn't take the initiative to inform me), the reason was that the rooms with city views were full. And in return, I was only given a complimentary breakfast (roti canai and omelet). I just read the review and it turns out there were customers with the same problem as me. And I just found out on the day of the event that the hotel was mostly Indians who stayed there were really noisy. Some of the staff were on the phone from early in the morning, really noisy, disturbing the guests.

I've stayed at this hotel many times. The staff is friendly, the location is great, and I highly recommend it.

A strategic place to stay, close to Pratunam Market, Platinum, and December. I was surprised to be able to check in early at 9:00 AM. Initially, I just wanted to leave my luggage while waiting for check-in, but the hotel staff assigned me a room ahead of time. Thank you, Khurana Inn.

Good, everything I like close to Pratunam Market

I stayed at Khurana Inn for 2 nights and found the location to be excellent - it's close to Pratunam Market and BTS. However, my main issue was the noise from other guests. The walls were quite thin, and I could hear loud conversations and TV sounds from neighboring rooms until late at night. It affected my sleep and overall experience. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. If you're a light sleeper, you might want to consider this. Otherwise, the hotel's location makes it a good choice.

I recommend staying here. The staff are friendly. The only problem is that the Pratunam area is currently undergoing MRT construction. It's very congested, and taking Grab or Bolt is a bit difficult.

Very good, the room is quite spacious and clean

The hotel's central location, right in the heart of Pratunam Market, allows for unlimited shopping. It's easily accessible by bus, BTS, and even tuk-tuks. The receptionist was friendly, but the room was poorly maintained and smelled unpleasant.

Nice hotel with a large room and clean, the location is good near the Pratunam Night Market.
