I booked a twin bed, but they gave me a queen bed. The reason was because I didn't specify a special request. Even though the room I booked was twin.
The lady said if I listed a special request, I would definitely get it, because someone else checked in earlier and got a twin bed. Was I not prioritized because I didn't specify a special request? The title says twin bed.
It's really strange. Why give me the option of a twin bed or a queen bed if I have to re-enter the special request.
To get a twin bed, I had to upgrade. It was the hotel's fault. I had to upgrade because we're both big and can't fit twin beds.
Please investigate Traveloka. This is a bit of a trap.

A recommended hotel for those visiting Madiun. The price is affordable, but the facilities and service are excellent. The rooms are spacious and clean. It feels fresh, not gloomy when you enter. There's a nice gym and swimming pool. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The lobby is also very comfortable and quite spacious. Strategic location.

The staff is very friendly, initially wanted to leave your luggage because it wasn't check-in time, but instead, we were given early check-in. The room is comfortable and clean, plus you get a free compliment (snack), love it.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and easily accessible. The receptionist and staff were very friendly. I requested breakfast at 5 a.m. because check-out was at 6 a.m., and they allowed me to. The breakfast was very varied, perfect for those with toddlers.

When cross-checking the reservation by phone before arrival to ensure the order was recorded and according to the request, the hotel staff served very friendly, as well as upon arrival and the check-in process. The room is quite spacious and clean. For breakfast combined at the Aston Hotel restaurant next to Fave Hotel, there is a connecting door to the Aston Hotel. The taste of the food at Aston is undeniable, there is a lot of variety and delicious. Will come back here, for my next visit to Madiun. Really worth the price.
