This is the umpteenth time my family and I have experienced comfort at this hotel. Absolutely recommended.

Got a room on the 2nd floor, but the smell from the bathroom toilet was very disturbing.

service is not standard and not ready to be the main choice. the condition of the room when checking in is not ready, the wet bathroom mat was not replaced when the previous customer checked out, the floor under the bed is not clean, towels are not available with the reason that the laundry has not been delivered, but after waiting until checking out, there are still none.

Given an old building. Lots of insects. In the room, the wood is old and rotten. The cleanliness of the room is not at all clean.

In the order there is a water heater, the glass is not actual, the bed sheet is a bit dull, the corner of the room is dusty and dirty. The bathroom water leaks from the faucet, the sink is not clean and there is no hanger in the bathroom and the bathroom door cannot be locked.

quite satisfied...staying here...the room is spacious for the price...not too expensive...just a little bit please don't you provide hotel slippers...because yesterday...the floor wasn't very clean...it would be better to sweep it again if there are more guests coming in

Overall it's good, the room is also clean, there is only 1 input so that the bathroom floor is kept cleaner so that it is not dirty and smells bad. If for the price of the family type, it is highly recommended

Please improve the service and facilities from the hotel management. We had an unpleasant experience while staying there. The AC and electricity suddenly went off at 11.40 pm until it came back on in the morning. The room was uncomfortable because the temperature was hot and there was no electricity so we couldn't charge our cellphone batteries, etc. In the early morning we had to take the train to the station so we didn't rest/sleep comfortably while at the hotel.

During the stay, the bed sheets smelled musty like they weren't dry, the bathroom equipment was bad, the toothpaste was dry, but it was very helpful when I needed a place for an urgent need. Please improve...

There was no hotel staff to show us to the room, they just showed us the direction from the 1st floor. Towels and mats were not available, we asked for them and then they provided them. We chose a family room for 4 adults and were only given 1 towel. The hotel staff at the back of the hotel were very lazy, they just kept pointing.

Easy access, big pool so kids love it. The staff is not very friendly, the room is still dirty with lots of hair, the mop smells fishy, the bathroom is not very clean, and the hot water is limited.

very good location, standard facilities but highly recommended for a staycation with family, equipped with a playground and swimming pool, standard cleanliness, but overall for me and my family, yess!!

The hotel is strategically located near the main road. The swimming pool facilities are good, the morning atmosphere is cool and fresh and you can see the mountains. The cleanliness of the room is improved again because when checking in the room floor was slippery, sticky and dusty.

Make a sudden staycation plan during Eid 2025.. because most 4-5 star hotels are full so we got this hotel, the rest are premium and standard.. seeing the size of the room we chose the premium one. The consideration of taking this is also because of the attractive children's pool facility, maybe because at that moment the hotel was full we got the room location at the back, in terms of the view of the room it's good, because it's directly in the beautiful garden. But, this is what probably needs to be fixed.. the room smells fishy ☹️ I've even defended it to the point of buying my own carbolic acid and a small towel to clean the room and cleaning it myself. But it still smells fishy 😕 maybe you can buy a new mop/cleaner.. because when I saw the mop that was used it was very dirty 🙏
