An old hotel that is very worth it in my opinion. It is close to the places we will visit, so there is no fear of being late. The three of us chose a 2-bed room (1 single, 1 queen size). For that price, the room is very spacious, even with a living room. The AC is cold and works well, the bathroom is also very spacious, the water heater works well, the bed is quite clean, and the ventilation is good. Access to car pick-up is also very adequate, the roads are quite wide. The breakfast provided by the hotel is quite good. Unfortunately, the sliding door in the bathroom I stayed in was a bit stiff, but it still closes well. The food around the hotel is also delicious. Nasi Padang Pertiga and Kopi MasBro are delicious and cheap, the Bakmi Karet nearby is also delicious, and there is chicken satay (only open midday-evening) for only 16k/10 skewers with a very delicious peanut sauce. There is also dim sum nearby that is delicious and very meaty. No need to worry about getting Gojek food to the hotel, because the food around the hotel is delicious and close. Nice experience staying here with such a cheap price and close to Kemayoran.

This was my second stay, and the mattress was dirtier and full of hair. The room I booked previously was clean and comfortable. However, the faucet and sink worked fine this time, and the AC wasn't cold, unlike my previous room, which was very cold. This hotel has its pros and cons for each room, but otherwise, it was okay, and I'd stay there again because of the friendliness of the staff.
