Every time I go to Tuban, I always stay at Hotel SG17. They're all the best. Just to correct you, the motorbike parking isn't very comfortable. Everything else is great.

The service of the staff at the restaurant is really good, the food menu is also varied and tastes delicious.

The restaurant staff are not friendly..there are wet underwear behind the bathroom door. There is no SOP before customers stay..not good..the restaurant staff are not humane..very unfriendly..the service is not friendly..otherwise the service is adequate.

Room 212's AC isn't cooling. The technician has fixed it, but nothing has changed. When I asked the receptionist to move rooms, they wouldn't let me!

Okay, maybe there should be some shade for the motorbike parking. The swimming pool is close to the waiting room and entrance, so it's a bit awkward to go there. The room is nice and tidy, but small. The bathroom was clogged, but luckily I was able to fix it myself. Another thing is, the telephone provided in the room had a messy cable and it stopped working for a while, but I was able to fix it until it connected again. The rest is really good, friendly service and a strategic location for buying fish souvenirs.
