Awesome, strategic location and very comfortable

The room is comfortable, clean, and the bed smells great. The bathroom is also spotless. It's perfect for a staycation with family or loved ones.

Everything is okay, no minuses because I only stayed for a short time.

The first time I entered the hotel, the lights went out, without lights for an hour, the toilet water couldn't be turned off, when I left something behind, the hotel said it wasn't there, even though it was clear that the item wasn't brought because after checking out, they didn't take it out at all.

The hotel staff is friendly. However, I was a little disappointed, the room description in the app was incomplete. The room description appears after payment is made. So I had to upgrade the room price with an additional 100 thousand for a room that I think is far from comfortable. The bathroom has no hot water. Only 1 towel was given even though there were 2 guests in the room. Thank you.

For an overnight stay just to lie down, it's OK, the location is quite far from Braga but close to Dago. The security guards are very helpful and friendly.

The AC in the room is not cold. The cupboard is dusty. The sheets, blankets, and pillows are yellow and dirty. The wifi is fast. There is a dispenser to fill water. There is a deposit of 100 thousand which will be returned upon check out.
