The staff is very friendly and honest. The rooms are clean, but access to the BTS is quite far.

If this hotel were branded as a 3-star hotel, it would still be appropriate. There's no hot water kettle in the room. The breakfast was boring and mediocre. Muslim hoteliers should avoid booking a room with breakfast, as it includes pork. The walk from Ratchathewi BTS to the hotel is quite long under the hot Bangkok sun. I don't think I'll return here again.

The facilities are complete. This hotel is very nice. There is a shared hot water dispenser, microwave, swimming pool, tuktuk. Toiletries are also very complete. The staff is friendly. Maybe if I go to Bangkok I will come here again🙏🏻👍👍

The room was spacious and comfortable. And it was cleaned up everyday. We could store our luggage after check out near receptionist desk. The staff was very helpful and we can get free tuktuk to MBK center. Overall, it was a great experience to stay at VELA be hotel.

Sedikit jauh dari Stasiun BTS Ratchahewi tapi jangan khawatir karena ada fasilitas tuk tuk gratis dari hotel yang siap mengantar tamu menuju Stasiun BTS Ratchahewi atau MBK. Tamu hanya perlu memesan di resepsionis. 100 m dari hotel ada 7/11 jadi tidak perlu bingung kalau mendadak lapar
