Check-in time should be no later than 2:00 PM. Wi-Fi is poor. Room cleanliness needs improvement.

The hotel staff was very friendly. They offered a free room upgrade and expedited check-in and check-out. The views from the rooms and surrounding area were stunning.

The check-in process for those who had booked in advance took a while. The rooms should have been prepared before check-in time. They shouldn't have been prepared/cleaned only when guests with reservations arrived. This way, they could check in at 3:00 sharp and didn't have to wait any longer. But other than that, the service and amenities were exceptionally excellent.

It's a great place for families to heal, especially since the kids love the pool. I love hotels with beautiful natural surroundings.
