The room is large and clean. There's a refrigerator. It's close to ITC Kuningan and Kuningan City. There are plenty of food vendors. However, the entrance is narrow by car.

The staff was friendly. I initially had a room on the third floor, but the AC fan was noisy. The next day, I asked to move rooms and was promptly accommodated, even though I had to check out at 12 noon and move into my new room at 2 p.m. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.
