It's comfortable and easy to get everywhere, especially to the Twin Towers. There are plenty of delicious food stalls behind the apartment, and there are three bedrooms with two queen beds and one single bed, along with a fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. So, you don't need to pack a lot of clothes when you're on vacation here, and the staff is friendly and responsive.

We had a wonderful stay at Vortex. The reception staff were very helpful, and despite arriving late at night due to a delayed bus from JB, we were kindly accommodated with an early morning check-in much appreciated! I traveled with my big family and booked three units with 2 BR for nine people. The apartments were excellent, the rooms were so big and each units equipped with great facilities such as a washing machine, dryer, water drinking, and kitchen essentials etc. The location was also fantastic just a short walk to the Twin Towers and conveniently close to many places. For fans of nasi kandar, Pelita is nearby and walkable. Overall, our experience at Vortex was delightful, and I highly recommend.

The only thing that needs to improve is the air conditioning. On the second day, we noticed that the AC in one of the bedrooms and one in the living room were not cold at all, only blowing air.

I stayed on March 26th. This is the best apartment hotel in KLCC, the rooms are clean, the staff are friendly, the receptionist is also friendly, his name is: Kak Sasvin, the best in general.

I stayed in unit 48-8. The view of the city center was excellent, with the Petronas Towers visible from the unit. The view of the city center was also beautiful at night. The unit was clean and tidy, making it comfortable for families with small children. The staff was polite but not overly friendly. For those of you who got unit 48-8, be careful with the television. When I got home, I was thought to have dropped the TV because it was green, even though I hadn't dropped it at all during my two-night stay and rarely turned it on. But otherwise, it was quite good for the price.

It's okay because it's near the city center. Otherwise, it's just average.

The apartment is spacious, clean, the staff is also responsive, the view is very beautiful, the road to KLCC is not that far, I have stayed here twice, next time I go to KL I will stay here again.

This is our third stay here. It's very comfortable and pleasant. Very close to the Twin Towers, just a 10-minute walk. There's Sevel downstairs, and if you want to eat, there are plenty of food stalls behind the apartment. It's absolutely fantastic.

I got a room on the 49th floor number 1 with a direct view of the top of the Petronas Towers, a 2-bedroom room type with 2 toilets (1 private toilet, 1 shared toilet that can be set as a private toilet) and 1 extra bathroom (with curtain only), all apartment facilities are functioning well, a washer and dryer, an iron + table, a 1600w hairdryer, an electric stove, a microwave, cooking and eating utensils, a refrigerator, and spare plastic bags for throwing away trash in the kitchen and toilet, all you need to bring is a toothbrush, toothpaste and a hair straightener 😄 bring only a few clothes because you can wash them.. Check in and check out is easy, there is someone who takes care of the apartment who will chat with us.. the wifi is smooth.. Suria KLCC only needs to walk a little less than 10 minutes.. You can grab food, because there is only a small coffee cafe and sevel downstairs.. for the mart apartment it is on the 6th floor, selling basic necessities only
