Simple accommodation, good AC quality, smooth water, room on the 2nd floor has hot water, but room on the 1st floor no. 102 there is no hot water, the pillow case is moldy, the blanket is worn and rough should be replaced immediately. There should also be an officer sweeping / tidying up the room if there is an additional time to stay. Bath soap and toothpaste not available.

Again, the electricity vouchers have run out, we have to wait almost 2 hours and very slowly the response to fill out the voucher and the dead midnight so it is hard to sleep while dawn has to go to work again, please give the initiative to fill it, don't wait to die.
