All good, only stayed for a night and might come back again

The service staff is friendly, it's just that the floor is sticky from the soap from the floor that is not clean enough. The food specializes in pork ribs, so it is not suitable for Muslims.

Sorry, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathroom, the floor was slippery and slimy, it was funny, the bathroom floor was dull and it was obvious that it had not been cleaned regularly.

Dirty and smelly toilet. Staff that was supposed to man the hotel at night was not around when we needed guidance as to where to park the car. Rooms that are facing the main road have bad sound proofing. Hence able to hear every vehicle passing by. Overall unpleasant experience.

Bathroom cleanliness is very poor

Hotel with very friendly staff, very comfortable and clean place. 🥰😇.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is a bit far from the center of the city.

There is no wifi… car parking is only for one car.

The receptionist didn't help at all, was bitchy, didn't smile, even the guy on duty at the restaurant helped. Sleeping was noisy because during the day there were builders renovating, it was quiet. Dirty bathroom, damp room.

The hotel looks like it is not well maintained, the shower seat is detached, the AC is not cold enough. The entry turned out to be via Vayana restaurant. It says breakfast is halal (yes, it's halal, fruit + pancakes), but at Vayana there is a menu of grilled pork ribs🫣.

Staffs were helpful but the room is dirty. There were trash in restroom recycle bin that wasn't ours and toilet is dirty.

The staff is very friendly. The room is nice, the AC is cold. Really recommend. If you go to Ubud again, you will stay here again. The location is quite strategic not so far from the Ubud art market.

I really enjoyed staying at Vimala because it is close to places to buy food and other tourist attractions.

Pretty good, another atmosphere from the color of the furniture in the room.
