Supporting staycation togetherness with family

The location is very close to the toll gate, minimizing traffic congestion. The rooms are quite spacious and airy. The breakfast menu lacks variety. During our three-day stay, only the sauce (for fried fish) changed during the buffet. The soup and soto dishes weren't hot enough. Some menu items were poorly presented on the buffet, such as the vegetable salad being separated from the fruit. Laundry service isn't available on the same day; you have to wait until the next day even if you place your order before 9 a.m.

It happened that I stayed on the weekend so on Sunday I could have CarFreday in front of the hotel without having to drive, which was fun while playing rollerblading 😍

Friendly staff, clean, fragrant, large rooms

Pros: The location is very strategic, the service and staff are friendly, check-in and check-out (we even requested a 1-hour extension in the room and were still allowed) were very smooth. Overall, the room was clean, although there was some dust in the small corners. Cons: We stayed there because our son had an exam at UI in the morning. It turned out there was a CFD every Sunday from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM, so we had to walk about 650 meters to the nearest traffic light to find a GoCar, haha. The room was damp and had a musty smell (my nose and throat are not fooled, so I ended up coughing and sneezing profusely from check-in at 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. It only stopped that evening as my nose adjusted to the room's conditions). The Wi-Fi was terrible, we couldn't work or browse (we stayed in room 603), and my provider, XL, also had a very weak signal, only 1-2 bars. My husband also uses Telkomsel, but the signal was just as weak. We were given a room with a connecting door. At night, around 11:00 PM and later (already in the quiet hour zone), the neighbors in the next room, full of girls, were so noisy (FYI, 4-star hotels and above usually have a QUIET HOUR notice from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM because guests need to rest). Finally, I sent them a note and kept knocking on the connecting door, only for them to quiet down. There was a language barrier (even though they used simple Indonesian) with the security and parking staff in the basement *it took 2-3 times before they understood - hah-hadah. Thanks Savero for the service. May you be more successful in the future, keep up the good work and improve what's still lacking.

The hotel's location is in the heart of the city, making it a short walk to find food. The breakfast is varied and delicious.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights because I happened to have an event in Depok, my friend and I came from Central Kalimantan, it was our first time staying at this hotel, and honestly during our 4-night stay we felt very comfortable with Hotel Savero Depok because we really felt the service and hospitality. We were treated like kings. All access to everywhere is very easy to reach because of its strategic location. It was worth it for us to come all the way from Central Kalimantan to stay here with good service. Thank you for the service, hopefully Hotel Savero Depok will continue to grow. Overall, it's good. However, on weekends, on Sundays, you can't go out by car until 10 a.m. because of Car-Free Day in Margonda.
