The hotel staff was friendly. The room I booked was as expected.

many are beyond expectations, even though the standard room has been defended by paying higher and being taxed again, the room is not well maintained and the wallpaper is starting to tear, the bathroom has many hangers starting to come off and is tilted, the shower has many water points that won't come out, some of the staff are not used to being friendly, they find it difficult to smile, the food has many variations but it's not that tasty for the heavy food menu in my opinion, it's not that suitable for paying high but the food is still very ordinary class. Other than that, cleanliness is still lacking

The hotel staff is very friendly, the service is good, the food is delicious, there is a lot of variety, the pool is clean, the kids are satisfied, the pool view is good, the hotel location is very strategic, close to the Istiqlal Mosque, MRT stop, near shopping and snack places. For children under 12 years old, breakfast is only 50% of the normal price. Highly recommended for enjoying a hotel in the city center.

Strategic location, comfortable place, difficult to park motorbikes, maybe because most people come by car. The staff is not very friendly. The food is okay.

This is my second time staying at Yuan Garden Hotel because it is comfortable and close to the city center and places I want to visit.

The place is comfortable, the food is delicious, the pool is clean.

The non smoking rooms are limited. So I was checked into smoking bedroom with no choice. Thankfully, I was helped promptly to move in the middle of the night due to asthma since I could not bear the residual smoke in the smoking bedroom I initially stayed. Please add more non-smoking room since more people are concerned about their health.

It's actually good, but waiting for the elevator is too long.

My first time staying at Yuan. It's strategically located in the Pasar Baru area. However, the hotel's location is a bit difficult to find because it's connected to an apartment. And when I stayed there, there was a wedding, so the elevator was a bit crowded and there was a long wait. Check-in was quite fast. I booked a club king room, and it was quite comfortable. There's a separate lounge area from the bed. The AC was cool enough, and the bathroom was clean. The Wi-Fi was a bit slow. Breakfast was okay, although it wasn't great. The pool, in my opinion, was a bit standard, as it's connected to the restaurant, so swimming was a bit awkward, being watched by people eating breakfast. The gym is quite well-equipped, but it wasn't cool enough, and it was a bit stuffy. There's also a paid spa, and it's quite cozy.
