Wonderful stay… Breakfast variety needs to be increased. Hopefully, gym/teeadmill and swimming pool facilities will be available for 5-star hotels in the future. 😊🙏

The food provided for breakfast is usually tastier than in other hotels, if you order it is quite tasty, the service of the resort tour facilities is not good, I will not return.

One of the best place I ever stayed. The activities and hotel’s surroundings are so pretty. The view is perfect and the room is also perfect. Staffs are so friendly and helpful. Foods are fresh too.

A resort with comprehensive facilities and activities. There's plenty to do if you're interested in a staycation. The rooms are very clean, but dated, so some of the equipment is fragile. Another downside is that the rooms are not very soundproof. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The room rates are certainly quite high, not including other costs during the stay. Hotel management requires an extra bed for guests exceeding the number of guests in the room. For example, in a room for three people, if there are two adults and two children, an extra bed must still be added. As a result, the extra bed often goes unused. The food in the hotel restaurant is less varied, and some Western dishes taste a bit different from the usual (not in a good way, of course). However, the Indonesian dishes are commendable in terms of taste and portion size. The main road to the hotel is winding and steep, and it's often thickly foggy in the afternoon, so it's recommended to drive for long periods and have a vehicle in good condition.

Booked 2 rooms, a week before asked for adjacent rooms, on the 2nd day asked for adjacent rooms via WA, answered yes, we have arranged, on the day jreng.. At 17.00 check in, your room was not available, there was but separate villas, I asked why? Reception couldn't answer, I asked other staff, it turned out there was a brown uniform group that suddenly booked 2 villas, so I was shifted with 2-3 other families, the front office staff was really unprofessional, the security and housekeeping staff were very good, oh yeah the food was also ordinary for that price, not worth it, for a nice place with a nice view

I like the atmosphere, the service is satisfying, during Christmas every afternoon there is tea time, every day given a cake delivered to the room, cleanliness is ok. Suggestion there are small kiosks selling snacks, tks Hotel Tentrem ❤️
