To Dear guests. Sorry for the inconvenience. For information, this happened because of the up and down discharge from the PDAM Skw water source. Even though we are already customers of the NIAGA PDAM category, which gets a larger tertiary pipe because we pay a more expensive business tariff, we still experience a slight disturbance in the inconsistent water flow, but it is much better than the household category water discharge. Meanwhile, other water sources such as drilled wells and rain feds are less suitable for use even though they are cheaper. The low quality is due to the position of Singkawang city near the northern coastline. Furthermore, the water pumps we use are all automatic models. So there is no manual on-off procedure because it will damage the pump sensor. Finally, we still choose the healthiest PDAM water source for our guests. For information, the staff who cleaned and prepared the mother's room did not see water seepage. So that afternoon there was no leak report. It was only at 8 pm that night, we received a report from the admin staff who received WA from the mother regarding water seepage. Then we immediately contacted the partner repairman for repairs, which were carried out the next morning after Mother checkout, so as not to disturb. It was found that there was a leak from the clean water pipe, it only happened when the shower faucet was opened. On that night 29-Dec-2021 we also checked that all rooms were full.
