The staff were actually quite friendly, and answered questions, albeit half-heartedly. However, when I was about to check in, I asked if I could be late by an hour or half an hour, and they said it would cost an extra fee. It seemed like there was no discretion. I stayed for two nights and booked another night through the app.

The bathroom was clogged, and we couldn't move because it took almost an hour to complain, and we were only able to move after getting angry. The bed smelled a bit, as did the closet, and the room.
