The staff was kind to change me room when I found many holes and stains in the bedsheets of my room. However, both rooms have a crazy amount of mould all over, even on the wall paper and curtains. Everywhere. I had booked two nights but didn't stay even one. It is a health hazard and the hotel should not be allowed to operate in such state.

Clean hotel, can order food with affordable price and delicious taste. The location is not far but a little bit in, still ok for those who bring a car. Recommended for those who will be doing activities in the Jimbaran area.

I've been to Bali twice, I've also stayed here twice for the Jimbaran area or want to be near the airport, want to eat seafood at Jimbaran beach, it's really close too. Places for souvenirs (whatever) are also close to everything. The mainstay place if you want to go on holiday again in Bali. The staff are all friendly. The food is delicious. My friends and I can leave things with the staff. The Capella is really the best 🥰
