It may not be a modern hotel, but the rooms are spacious and the staff is friendly. From the start, we were advised to choose a quiet room at the back or one close to the karaoke bar. The staff were very helpful. It was a great stay.

The water dispenser cannot be used.

The check-in process went smoothly, the receptionist was also friendly. The hotel room was clean, the parking was spacious (parking in front of the room), the hotel also has a clean swimming pool. In the evening, we complained because the toilet was clogged and the water couldn't flush the dirt, after reporting it to room service, we were immediately told by TL, it turned out it was because the button was broken. Oh yes, the drinking water in the hotel uses a dispenser, we were provided with a glass tumbler to take from the dispenser in the hallway, but the dispenser was broken. In the morning after swimming, we intended to rinse off in the room, here is the gong. The water from the shower, sink, and faucet was black like coffee. We opened all the water pipes, waited about 45 minutes for the water to be clean, while waiting we tried to confirm with the FO by phone in the room but didn't know if it couldn't connect or not working. Next, breakfast is limited from 6 - 9, which is normal in regular hotels, although some go until 10. Because we were waiting for the coffee, we finally went to the restaurant at 8.45 but when we arrived at the restaurant, many of the food had run out (menu: beef soto, omelet, toast. Drinks: coffee, tea, the gallon of water was empty) we had requested for a refill, but only rice and omelet 4 pieces even though we booked 2 rooms, and there were still several other guests who were still having breakfast so we only got 3 pieces. I also appreciate the other reviews for the hotel because the morning vibes are really good, there is a jogging track, a clean swimming pool, outdoor parking. Hopefully it will be better in the future, thank you

Staying at Gitrary Hotel Pati was quite a pleasant experience. The hotel's easily accessible location, ample parking, and excellent staff service are all factors worth maintaining.

Friendly staff, quiet atmosphere, ample parking. The AC isn't cold enough, and the remote doesn't show the temperature, so I just press it with my gut. 😂

The hotel location is quite quiet away from the crowd, but relatively close to the city, the facilities are quite complete with a swimming pool and restaurant. The room is clean but there are lots of mosquitoes and there is no bottled drinking water so you have to take a drink out of the room and fill it up through the dispenser.

everything is ok for this price, the breakfast menu should be improved if there are many groups coming, so that those who eat later can still enjoy the appropriate menu.

The AC remote is dead, the soap dish is empty and waiting to be complained about, and the soap dish is small.

Please change the bed sheets, blankets and pillow cases, there are ants on the bed.

The room is at the very back, each room has its own spacious parking lot. The bathroom is spacious, clean, and the hot water works. To access the swimming pool, you must ask for a voucher at the receptionist first. Because the swimming pool is also open to the public. Overall it's good, next time I go to Pati I'll stay here again. My son is happy

The sound of music from the Karaoke cafe that went on past 00.00 was very disturbing because our room was very close to the karaoke cafe.
