Stayed here for 5 nights, next time I go to Jakarta I will stay here again, I like the location, room size, cleanliness, and friendliness, only the room is not soundproof and the bed makes a sound when we move, if you just want to rest and sleep with a minimal budget, this is more than enough, the staff are nice..

It's very cozy, for around 200k you can get a bathtub, it's clean, minimalist and comfortable.

The location was nice, close to the city center, but the vibe of the old building was a bit scary, especially for the basement because the water at the third floor was contaminated with laterite (had experience 1 time on the third floor), but for the second floor when I stayed there recently it was clear and not contaminated. For the bed cover, it smelled like the previous guest (in my point of view it was not even changed when I stayed), but the room was spacious and the refrigerator was working well.

Nice, close to everywhere from Blok M, walking distance so parking is not difficult, only the AC is really hot, room 308.

I think this accommodation is comfortable. But the orthopedic mattress hurts when you sleep on your side. Actually, the facilities at that price are worth it. But it would be better if they were better maintained so that they would be more competitive.
