Great price and friendly staff for a downtown hotel

Strategic location, clean, in the same location as Padang food, comfortable.

It will be very good if the TV already applied smart TV and Netflix, etc.

The cleaning staff were friendly and unexpectedly greeted guests by name. I've never experienced this in other hotels. Double thumbs up for the 10th-floor cleaning staff.

When I entered, the AC was leaking but the staff immediately fixed it 👍, I tried the food on the rooftop (I tried it twice) and I think it's delicious 👍 the price is not cheap but it's worth it for the taste.

Cleanliness needs to be improved. When I entered the room, there were still dirt marks on the bed. I didn't get a room change. They only cleaned it and changed the sheets. But I was in a bad mood. I still remembered the dirt stains from before. I ended up canceling my plan to extend my stay and moving to the next hotel.

The food is really delicious, lots of variety, the room is clean, the hot water is flowing smoothly, even though it's just for transit, I wish I could stay longer.

The hotel area is quite strategic with the Transjakarta terminal, a 14-minute walk if you want to go to Monas, the room is quite clean and spacious for us who stayed as a family, if we go to Jakarta again, it seems we will stay at this hotel again.

Overall is good, the place is easy to reach, the room is clean and the AC is cold.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, but the electricity went out several times for an hour. The service needs to be improved.

Sorry for the unpleasant experience. On November 15, 2025, I stayed here for one night. I checked in at 9 PM. As soon as I got to my room, the lights went out for quite a while. It wasn't just my room, but the entire hotel was out. Finally, the other hotel occupants and I went down the emergency stairs in the pitch black. We all waited in the lobby. The lights came back on at 11 PM, and they were stable, not going on and off. However, it was an uncomfortable night, unable to sleep for fear of another power outage. I intended to rest comfortably, but I couldn't sleep. I wasn't even in the mood for breakfast. The hotel reviews were excellent. But this was my experience.

The location is great, right in the city center. It's not too far from Istiqlal Mosque. Hanging out around Monas is also great.

Overall, it's good. There was just a problem with the elevator yesterday.
