Everything is good & nice from the service, room, & also the atmosphere of the surrounding area, only the bathroom needs to be checked again. Yesterday there was still a room where the water didn't flow smoothly, especially under the sink, so there was a puddle of water, making it a bit worrying if you bring small children, afraid of slipping.

The parking area is narrow, but there's a valet attendant to assist. The restroom area and its amenities could be further improved.

Close to the city center, the area is busy with lots of food vendors, the old/rear building could be renovated to be like the front building, the AC is sometimes cold, sometimes not, the sheets and pillows could be updated, the bed makes noise and the room door requires a bit of effort to close the door from the outside.

The check-in process took a long time. I waited almost 1 hour for the room to be ready. From 2 to 3 pm. I had paid for breakfast for the next 4 days but when I wanted to have breakfast, it said I hadn't paid for breakfast. The receptionist system was chaotic and not connected to the kitchen. When I wanted to check out, there was another breakfast bill, lol, this Sindoro system is hilarious. Fix it, it's embarrassing.

The service is friendly and the rooms and equipment are clean. During breakfast, the food is also delicious.

Friendly staff, comfort for resting is okay. Minus in cleanliness and there are tools that are not less functional in the bathroom, shower, and sink sometimes clogged.
