Clean, good looking, reasonable price, but the room 303 is very noisy.

do not stay here unless you are desperate for a room....well since walked through front door we where greeted by workers on there phones that just looking at us never offered to help or say hello.. then the room wasn't clean we had to clean bathroom before we used it bed hadn't got a bed sheet big enough to cover both me and my girlfriend.. it's old smelly and not worth almost 700baht that we paid one of the most overrated hotels I've ever stayed and I've been travelling around thailand 4 years now very very disappointing we didn't try the breakfast as the room was bad enough we didn't want to get sick... also in evening time all hotel staff had there own party in lobby drinking whiskey no care for people staying there very badly managed hotel

The accommodation is a 4-story commercial building with 2 units. Modified on the 1st floor is the lobby and dining area, level 2-4. The room is quite narrow. Small toilet The key is that there is no lift. The stairs were quite steep. Elderly or unhealthy elderly Therefore it is unlikely that the hotel in the Traveloka area should have these details informing the customer to be informed as a decision.

The bathroom is broken. The blanket is too small.

Great place to stay in the heart of Chiang Rai. Rooms were quaint and comfortable and quiet with AC. Plenty of hot water for the shower. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good value and will stay here again.

The air conditioner is not cold. But the location is ok, very near to the night bazaar, easy to find things to eat but staying on the 4th floor, have to carry things on their own, no lift

Everything was really clean and the people very nice. Check In and out was fast. I stayed only one night but I can imagine that you can stay here longer without any Problems. Nice Place 👍

The hotel is clean, comfortable, close to Chiang Rai night bazaar just walking, the staff is good, when we are rained given towels to dry themselves, there is a motorcycle rental place, can also bag when checking out

The old room is damaged and the door cannot be closed completely.

Very old hotel, should repaint at least. Shouldn’t put up black curtain and black tiles in bathroom since you can see mosquitoes everywhere in the room, also make the room dark, bedding not comfortable. Kinda scary and the surrounding too. Can’t have hot water for tea or coffee. Not recommend at all.
