I booked a very affordable Double Suite for 2 nights and 1 night. The room was fully equipped, clean, and comfortable. The staff was smiling and friendly. The breakfast menu was varied, so you could choose what you liked. This was my first trip to Cikarang, Bekasi, and I stayed at the Swiss-Bellin Hotel. Always be successful 🙏

Hi traveler It was so much fun to stay at this hotel, in my opinion this is one of the best hotels in Cikarang 😊 Atmosphere/Facilities: Very comfortable, complete facilities and kids friendly Food: Varied menu, tastes good and suitable for us Staff Assistance: Friendly staff Highlights: This hotel provides complimentary slice cake/mirror art if the quota is still available, hopefully you are lucky to get one of the complimentary ones.. Everything is quite good, the staff is very good and fast if there are any problems or questions regarding the hotel, hopefully the TV can be updated to Google TV/smart TV hehe so you can use Netflix, thank you.

The towel improved better than before. Although, please pay attention to the little detail like the lock on the bathroom door. I think the glue won't last, because it will fall off in a minute. Other than that, no complain. Thank you

the hotel staff is friendly, the breakfast has many variations and is delicious, clean and fragrant, the swimming pool is okay, there is a gym. only the sauna is still being renovated, so I can't try it. the motorbike parking is a bit far behind, so if it rains you get wet walking to the front.

My 2nd time staying in this hotel. The room is good, but the management should consider investing in bath towels. The bath towels are already old and there's a hole and the sides are already broken. Thank you.

There is no information that the pool and rooftop are closed due to repairs. Please update the app so you don't get fooled. Because staycay wants to swim and hang out to see the sunset and stars, if the pool and rooftop can't be used, what are you going to do there.
